1. Mapping of the real smoking areas — Not only those you've identified, but also the "wild zones" that pop up elsewhere on the site (in front of the supplier entrance, behind the building, on the cafeteria terrace) that generate the real hotspots.
2. Costed findings — Estimated number of cigarette butts on the ground in critical areas, fire risk level based on configuration, current EU compliance status, gap versus Ecovadis / ISO 14001 / CSRD requirements if relevant.
3. Hardware recommendation — Which ashtray model for which area, in what quantities, with which options (colour, fixing, signage). If you already have hardware in place, we say honestly whether it can stay or needs replacing.
4. Two or three costed scenarios — A "tight budget" scenario that covers the essentials, a "standard" scenario that solves 80% of the problem, a "premium" scenario for high-demand sites (headquarters, VIP reception, Ecovadis Platinum certifications). You choose internally with full information.
5. Operational roadmap — Rollout steps, lead times, points of contact at Easy to Change, validation of placements, signage, employee awareness. The report answers the question: "concretely, what do I do Monday morning?"
