What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed in your browser when you visit a website. It enables information to be remembered between your visits (language preferences, shopping cart, login state) or to measure the site's traffic. Some cookies are essential to the functioning of the site, others are used to analyse traffic, and yet others to deliver targeted advertising.
The term "cookies" also covers other similar technologies: invisible pixels, web beacons, browser local storage (localStorage), session identifiers.
Your consent: how to give it, modify it, withdraw it
On your first visit, a banner appears at the bottom of your screen and offers you three choices: accept all cookies, refuse all non-essential cookies, or customise finely your choice by category. This banner is managed by CookieYes, a GDPR-compliant consent management solution.
You can modify your preferences at any time by clicking on the "Manage my cookies" link available in the footer. Your choice is remembered for a maximum of 6 months, after which the banner reappears.
As long as you have not given your consent, no audience measurement or advertising cookies are placed. Only cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site are active.
