Are hardware and installation included in the price?
Yes. The Easy to Change offer is turnkey: the Made in Picardie ashtrays, installation by our teams, clikeco collection rounds, MéGO recycling and the quarterly waste transfer note reporting are included in the price. No hidden cost at set-up. The hardware is guaranteed for life.
Is there a commitment duration?
Yes, our contracts are concluded for a duration between 12 and 48 months, aligned with the amortisation period of the hardware installed at your site and the chosen collection frequency. This is what allows us to guarantee a stable rate, unlimited maintenance and replacement of damaged hardware without extra invoicing for the entire contract.
The longer the duration, the more advantageous the monthly rate — the same logic as a street-furniture lease or a waste management contract. For multi-site and group framework contracts, we adapt the terms to your procurement process (central referencing, local purchase orders, consolidated invoicing).
At expiry, you decide: renewal, renegotiation, or termination at no cost. No silent tacit renewal.
